心房颤动知识评估工具的汉化及信度效度检验

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Atrial Fibrillation Knowledge Assessment Tool

摘要： 目的：对心房颤动知识评估工具（AFKAT）进行汉化及文化调试，并对其进行信度及效度评价。方法：采用翻译并修订后的中文版AFKAT对340名普通公众进行调查，分析中文版AFKAT的信度及效度。结果：中文版AFKAT总Cronbach’s?α系数为0.822，探索性因子分析提取4个公因子，累积贡献率为53.256%；验证性因子分析显示，中文版AFKAT的因子模型拟合较好，卡方自由度比值为2.019，比较拟合指数（CFI）为0.909，渐进残差均方和平方根（RMSEA）为0.055。结论：中文版AFKAT保留原量表的21个条目，具有良好的信度及效度，可以作为评估一般人群心房颤动知识水平的可靠工具。

Abstract: Objective: To adapt the Atrial Fibrillation Knowledge Assessment Tool (AFKAT) to China and test its reliability and validity. Methods: Three hundred and forty members of the general public were surveyed with the translated and revised Chinese version of AFKAT, and the reliability and validity of the tool were analyzed. Results: The overall Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the Chinese version of AFKAT was 0.822. Four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, and the cumulative contribution rate was 53.256%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the factor model of Chinese version of AFKAT fitted the data well (CMIN/DF=2.019, CFI=0.909, RMSEA=0.055). Conclusion: The Chinese version of AFKAT retains 21 items of the original scale and has good reliability and validity. It can be used as a reliable tool to evaluate the knowledge level of atrial fibrillation in the general population.
