云南省29所医院助产士核心胜任力现状及影响因素分析

Current status and influencing factors of midwife core competence in 29 hospitals in Yunnan province

摘要: 目的:分析云南省助产士核心胜任力现状及其影响因素。方法:采用助产士核心胜任力量表对云南省29所医院535名助产士进行横断面调查。结果:助产士核心胜任力总均分为(3.99±0.58)分,其中产后保健和孕期保健方面的得分较高,分别为(4.09±0.66)分和(4.05±0.61)分;得分最低的是孕前保健(3.76±0.66)分。多元回归分析显示助产工作年限、民族、助产专科培训方式和工作后接受的助产专科培训时长是助产士核心胜任力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:云南省助产士核心胜任力需要整体提高,且需要充分考虑到民族特性。助产教育者和管理者应根据助产士的胜任力现状设计和实施有针对性的在职培训和管理策略,充分发挥助产士的角色职能,从而推动助产士队伍核心胜任力的全面提高。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the core competence of midwives in Yunnan province and analyze the influencing factors. Methods: A cross-sectional survey of 535 midwives from 29 hospitals in Yunnan province was conducted by midwife core competency scale. Results: The total core competence of midwives was 3.99±0.58, and the scores of postpartum and pregnancy health care were 4.09±0.66 and 4.05±0.61, respectively. The lowest score was pre-pregnancy health care 3.76±0.66. Multivariate regression analysis showed that the duration of midwifery practice, nationality, training methods and training duration of midwifery were influencing factors of core competency of midwives (P<0.05). Conclusion: The core competence of midwives in Yunnan province needs to be improved. The national characteristics should be fully considered. The core competence of midwives in Yunnan province can be improved comprehensively with training programs.
