摘要： 对胰十二指肠切除术后患者引流管护理的研究进展进行综述，包括加强引流液监测、关注胰瘘高危人群以及制定引流综合管理策略，为预防术后患者发生胰瘘提供参考。

Abstract: This paper reviews the drainage nursing of patients with postoperative Pancreatic Fistula, including strengthening the monitoring of drainage fluid, paying attention to the drainage of high-risk groups and formulating comprehensive management strategies. It provides reference for the nursing work related to drainage after Pancreaticoduodenectomy.
