摘要： 对全球群组化母婴保健的起源与发展史、服务流程、服务内容及特色、应用效果和发展中存在的问题进行综述，分析全球群组化母婴保健在我国发展遇到的挑战，旨在为构建符合中国国情的全球群组化母婴保健提供借鉴。

关键词: 母婴；全球群组化保健；模型

Abstract: This article summarizes the origin and development history, service process, content and characteristics, application effects and development problems of Group Care Global (GCG) of maternal and infant health care, and analyzes the problems encountered in the development of GCG of maternal and infant health in China. The purpose of this article is to provide a reference for constructing a GCG of Centering-Based maternal and infant health care model that is in line with China's national health care system conditions.
