加压冷疗对双侧膝关节置换术后患者失血的有效性研究

Effects of Cryo/Cuff on blood loss and safety on patients after bilateral Total Knee Arthroplasty

摘要: 目的:分析加压冷疗对双侧膝关节置换术后患者失血的效果及安全性,为临床工作提供依据。方法:将入选的100例患者,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各50例。实验组术后返病室即刻使用加压冷疗2?h。对照组未使用加压冷疗。分别统计两组患者加压冷疗有效性(伤口引流量、总失血量、血红蛋白下降值、输血率)及安全性(下肢深静脉血栓、冻伤)的情况。结果:实验组患者伤口引流量、总失血量、血红蛋白下降值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者输血率及下肢深静脉血栓发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者无冻伤病例。结论:加压冷疗作为一种安全、有效的无创治疗,可有效减少双侧膝关节置换术患者术后失血,利于患者术后加速康复。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of Cryo/Cuff on blood loss and safety for patients after bilateral Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA). Methods: Totally 100 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. In the experimental group, Cryo/Cuff was used immediately after patients returned from the operating room for 2h. In the control group, sham Cryo/Cuff was used at the same time. Blood loss and Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) were compared between the two groups. Frostbite was calculated in the experimental group. Results: Wound drainage, total body blood loss, Hemoglobin decrease in the experimental group were less than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in blood transfusion rate and DVT rate between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no frostbite case in the experimental group. Conclusion: As an effective and safe treatment, Cryo/Cuff can effectively reduce blood loss for bilateral TKA patients, which is conducive to the early rehabilitation of patients.
