摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：调查全国三级甲等医院眼科手术皮肤标识的使用现状，为临床规范眼部手术皮肤标识提供参考依据。方法：采用便利抽样方法，以调查问卷的形式，调查全国21个省共30家三级甲等医院眼科手术部位皮肤标识使用现状。结果：在所调查的30家医院中，29家医院（96.7%）有执行标准，21家医院（70.0%）选择的标记时间为术日晨，29家医院（96.7%）有二次核对，标识的标记位置多选为术眼眉部上方，有24家医院占80.0%，标识图案无统一，均仅表示术眼眼别；标记工具以黑色记号笔和专用皮肤记号笔为多，86.7%的医院对患者进行手术部位标识健康宣教。结论：目前眼科临床采用的眼部手术皮肤标识缺乏具体的临床规范，为了提高眼部标识的临床使用规范，提高术前标记的准确性，需要继续完善眼科手术部位标识流程或规范，对手术部位标识达成共识，严格执行标记及核对流程。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status of eye operation site identification for ophthalmic patients. Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted. Totally 30 tertiary grade A hospitals from 21 provinces of China were selected by convenient sampling method. Results: Among the 30 hospitals, 29 (96.7%) hospitals had implementation standards for operation identification marking, 21 hospitals (70.0%) chose the marking time on the morning of operation, 29 hospitals (96.7%) required to check the mark twice before surgery, 24 hospitals (80.0%) had the marking site above the eyebrow of the operation eye. There was no uniform logo pattern. 86.7% of the hospitals gave health education to patients about operation site identification. Conclusion: There are no agreed clinical standards for eye operation site identification in ophthalmology department. To improve the patient safety, it is necessary to refine the procedure or criteria on identifying operation sites, and implement the marking and checking process strictly.
