学龄前龋病儿童照护者疾病感知问卷的汉化及信度效度检验

摘要： 目的：对学龄前龋病儿童照护者疾病感知问卷（Illness Perception Questionnaire Revised for Dental，IPQ-RD）进行汉化，并检验中文版IPQ-RD的信度及效度。方法：通过与源问卷作者取得联系并获得其授权后，对IPQ-RD进行翻译、回译及文化调试，确定中文版问卷的各维度和条目，形成中文版IPQ-RD问卷。结果：中文版IPQ-RD问卷单条目内容效度指数(I-CVI)值均达到0.80及以上，总条目内容效度指数(S-CVI)值为0.948；因子分析共提取8个公因子，累计贡献率为80.378%，且各条目在相应的公因子上都有较大的因子负荷值（＞0.4）；问卷总的Cronbach’s?α系数为0.914，分半信度为0.746。结论：中文版IPQ-RD问卷具有了良好的信度、效度，可用于对学龄前龋病儿童照护者的疾病感知程度的测评。

Abstract: Objective: To translate the Illness Perception Questionnaire Revised for Dental (IPQ-RD) into Chinese and to test its reliability and validity. Methods: After contacting and obtaining the authorization of the author of the original questionnaire, we translated, translated back, adapt the culture of IPQ-RD, determined the dimensions and items of the Chinese version of the questionnaire, and formed the Chinese version of the IPQ-RD. Results: The content validity index of the single item of Chinese versionof IPQ-RD reached 0.80 or above, and the total item content validity index was 0.948.Factor analysis extracted 8 common factorswith the cumulative contribution rate of 80.378%. Each item in the corresponding common factors have a large factor load value (>0.4). The total Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.914 and the refraction reliability coefficient was 0.746. Conclusion: The Chinese version of IPQ-RD has good reliability and validity and could be used to evaluate the degree of disease perception among the caregivers of preschool children with caries.
