Abstract: The article systematically collected and combed the periodical literature about the new nurses' transition shock; summarized and analyzed the research progress of the transition shock from the perspective of summary, investigation status, influencing factors and intervention. It is aimed to provide basis for stabilizing the nursing team, carring out the implementation of the reform for hospital managers and improving hospital nursing quality by individualized education and management.
