Abstract: Diabetic foot is one of the most serious complications of diabetes with high morbidity and mortality, posing a substantial health damage to patients and increasing the costs of diabetes. The early identification of risk factors can greatly delay the onset and progression of diabetic foot. This paper mainly reviewed the literature on risk screening tools and stratification system of diabetic foot, and aimed to provide reference for constructing a set of comprehensive risk screening tools and stratification system of diabetic foot with good reliability and validity, which is more suitable for diabetic patients in China.
