摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：汉化阿尔茨海默病患者挑战性行为量表（Challenging Behavior Scale，CBS），并进行信度和效度检验。方法：对CBS进行翻译、回译和跨文化调试，形成中文版CBS；方便抽取广州市两所养老院阿尔茨海默病患者照顾者244例，使用中文版CBS进行调查，评价量表的信度和效度。结果：中文版CBS内容效度指数为0.94，各条目的内容效度指数为0.80～1.00，共提取2个公因子，累计方差贡献率为56.567%，且每个条目在其公因子上的载荷值均>0.4；中文版CBS总分与中文版Cohen-Mansfield激越问卷呈正相关（r=0.815，P<0.001），校标关联效度良好；量表的总Cronbach’s α系数为0.827，重测信度为0.892。结论：中文版CBS在养老院阿尔茨海默病患者中具有良好的信度、效度，可以作为我国阿尔茨海默病患者挑战性行为的测量工具。

Abstract: Objective: To translate the Challenging Behavior Scale (CBS) into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods: The Chinese version of CBS (CCBS) was translated from the original English version, back-translated and adjusted for cultural adaptation. The reliability and validity were tested in 244 caregivers of patients with Alzheimer disease. Results: The scale-level content validity index (S-CVI) of the CCBS was 0.94, and the item-level content validity index (I-CVI) of the CCBS was 0.80~1.00, which indicated a desirable content validity. Factor analysis extracted 2 common factors, which explained 56.567% of variance of the total scale, and each item had high factor loading (>0.4). The Cronbach's α was 0.827, and test-retested reliability was 0.892. Conclusion: The Chinese version of CBS has been proved to be valid and reliable. It is a valuable tool for evaluating the Challenging Behavior among patients with Alzheimer disease.
