麻醉护士的岗位设置与规范化培训效果评价

Post setting of anesthesia nurses and the evaluation of standardized training

摘要: 目的:对本院麻醉护士岗位设置、工作职责和内容以及规范化培训方案等方面进行总结,为我国麻醉护理建设和临床麻醉护士的专业化发展提供参考依据。方法:本院自2013年8月起,设立麻醉护士岗位,明确岗位职责和内容,对新定科的51名护士进行规范化培训。并通过理论知识和操作技能考核、情景模拟综合能力测试及问卷调查来评估培训效果。结果:51名麻醉护士均能在一年的非脱产培训后以优秀的成绩通过所有考核,均能基本胜任麻醉护士岗位,能独立完成围术期患者的监测和护理,且对培训方式的反馈效果好。结论:设立麻醉护士岗位并探索出一套多样化、标准化的规范化培训方案,有助于提升麻醉科工作效率及保障麻醉安全,是规范麻醉管理、促进护理专业化发展的必然趋势,更是麻醉学科未来的发展需要。

Abstract: Objective: Summarizing the post setting, the work duties, and the standardized training program of anesthesia nurses in our hospital, to provide reference for the professional development of anesthesia specialist nurse in our country, this paper. Methods: The post of anesthesia nurse was set up since August 2013 in our hospital. Defining the work duties and establishing standardized training for 51 anesthesia nurses, and evaluating the effect of standardized training by theoretical operation skill tests, situational simulation comprehensive ability test and questionnaire survey. Results: All the 51 anesthesia nurses passed all the tests with excellent scores after the standardized training, and they were competent for the post of anesthetic nurses, they can do the monitor and nursing of perioperative patients independently, and the feedback of training is satisfied. Conclusion: Setting up the post of anesthesia specialist nurse and exploring a set of standardized training program can benefit the efficiency and safety of anesthesiology, and it is an inevitable trend to standardize the management of anesthesia and promote the professional development of nursing. Setting up the post of anesthesia specialist nurse is a need for the future development of anesthesiology.
