摘要： “1+1”管理模式是为适应不断加速的床位周转率、确保泌尿科术后带管和未拆线出院患者安全的新型管理模式。在此模式下，细化科室专科护士职责，从患者入院开始介入，提高围手术期专科护理质量，不断深化优质护理内涵，从而提高患者的满意度。专科团队模式的运行能有效保障院外未拆线和带管患者安全，降低并发症发生，改善患者治疗体验。
Abstract: The "1+1" management model was adopted to enhance the safety of post discharged patients with portable catheters and unremoved stitches. Under this concept, the role of urological nurse specialists was refined to improve the quality of nursing and patients' satisfaction. The application of this new working model reduced the complications and optimized patients experience.
