摘要/Abstract

摘要： 早产儿的出生给一个家庭带来了巨大的挑战。随着医学模式的转变，目前临床关注的不仅仅是早产儿的治疗效果，更加重视曾一度被忽视的“婴儿-家庭”关系。家庭参与式护理（FICare）模式鼓励早产儿父母积极参与NICU中的护理工作，其作为强化育儿的措施，已被国际认可。本文介绍FICare模式的起源以及国内外的研究进展，以期为FICare模式在我国的临床应用提供证据支持和思路。

Abstract: The birth of a premature infant is a huge challenge for a family. With the change of medical model, the clinical concern is not only focus on the therapeutic effect of premature infants, but also the "baby-family"relationship that we once neglected. For the Family Integrated Care (FICare) model, parents are being encouraged to participated in the nursing of premature infants in NICU, and FICare has been internationally recongnized as a measure to strengthen parenting. This paper will introduce the origin and progress of FICare model at home and abroad, and to provide evidence for further application of FICare model in China.
